1. Agreement

By creating an account or using INS-sender (https://ins-gr.com), operated by Innovation Stars (Innovation Stars - نجوم الابتكار), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

INS-sender is a business messaging platform that enables organizations to send and manage communications through SMS, email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct, subject to your plan and connected integrations.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You must use the platform for lawful business purposes only.
  • You must not send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws or third-party platform policies (including Meta and WhatsApp policies).
  • You are responsible for obtaining consent from recipients where required by law.
  • You must keep your account credentials secure.

4. Meta and WhatsApp Integrations

When you connect Meta business assets (Facebook Pages, Instagram, WhatsApp Business Accounts), you authorize INS-sender to access and process Platform Data solely to provide messaging features you enable. You remain responsible for compliance with Meta's terms and messaging rules, including the 24-hour messaging window and approved template requirements for WhatsApp.

5. Account Registration

You must provide accurate registration information and accept these Terms before completing signup. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Fees and Plans

Paid features, credits, and subscriptions are governed by the pricing plan selected at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

INS-sender, its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Innovation Stars. You retain ownership of your content and customer lists.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innovation Stars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, third-party API outages, or message delivery failures outside our reasonable control.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
