We collect information you provide when registering, using our messaging services, or connecting third-party channels (SMS, email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram).

3. Meta Platform Data

When you connect your Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business Account to INS-sender, we receive Platform Data from Meta (such as Meta user IDs, names, profile pictures, Page IDs, message content, and access tokens) only to provide messaging and customer support features.

Specifically, Meta Platform Data is used to:

  • Display incoming customer messages in your unified inbox
  • Show contact names and profile pictures to help you identify customers
  • Send and receive messages on channels you explicitly connect
  • Manage webhooks and delivery status for connected accounts

We do not use Meta Platform Data for advertising, marketing analytics resale, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the messaging services you authorize.

4. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or Meta Platform Data to third parties. Data is shared only when required to operate the service (e.g., Meta APIs to deliver messages you send), or when required by law.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as needed to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us or by disconnecting integrated channels from your dashboard. When you disconnect a Meta integration or delete a contact, associated Platform Data is removed from active use on our platform.

Your rights include:

  • Access to your personal data
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Withdrawal of consent for connected integrations at any time
